My favorite salad

Salades eet ik graag in de zomer. Het is licht verteerbaar, wat fijn is als het warm is. En nog een groot voordeel: het is de ultieme manier om kaas in een gerecht te verwerken! Ik ben dol op kaas, er zijn weinig soorten die ik niet lust.

Kaas is mijn favoriete soort chocolade, zeg maar.

Dit is een recept die ik zelf heb bedacht en heb getekend. Het is eens wat anders dan de doorsnee geitenkaas salade met honing en mosterd. (die ook heel lekker is, by the way)

I love to eat salads in summer. They're easy digestible, which is nice when it's warm. And another plus: it's the ultimate way to involve cheese in dish! I love cheese, there are not many kinds I don't like.

Cheese is my favorite kind of chocolate.

I put this salad together myself and I've drawn it for you. It's different then the classic goatcheese, honey and mustard salad (which is delicious too), but very tasty!

Heerlijke tomatensoep / Delicious Tomato soup

Al een tijdje broed ik op een recept voor heerlijke tomatensoep. Vorig weekend was het zover, ik keek uit op twee blije gezichten boven een bord dampende soep. Yes!
